Job summary

InterCommunity, Inc. is hiring a Residential Support role to provide milieu supervision and coordinate social-rehabilitation programs across our community health centers in Hartford area.

The position requires a Peer Support Specialist Certification or a relevant degree, 3 years of residential setting experience, and a valid Driver License. CPR certification must be obtained within 60 days of start. This role supports safe operations and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Peer Support Specialist Certification or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services Field.
• 3 years of experience in residential setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of substance abuse and/or mental health treatment.
• CPR Certification required within 60 days of start date.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu supervision of the program and its participants, coordinating and facilitating social-rehabilitation groups and programs.
• Conduct individual and group social-rehabilitation and care coordination activities including managing a caseload of identified clients.
• Supervise participants in milieu and during on-site and scheduled off-site activities; perform routine safety checks.
• Maintain confidential progress notes and other client documentation.
• Provide transportation for program-related tasks as needed.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
