Job summary

InterCommunity Health Care is seeking a Residential Support Staff member to provide milieu supervision, coordinate social-rehabilitation activities, and support clients in a residential setting. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and coordination of care within a collaborative team.

Required CPR within 60 days, a valid driver's license, and a background in human services. A degree in a related field or a certified credential strengthens candidacy, with overtime possible during staffing

Qualifications

Peer Support Specialist Certification or an Associate's/Bachelor's in Human Services.
3 years of experience in residential setting preferred.
Working knowledge of substance abuse and/or mental health treatment.
CPR Certification within 60 days of start date.
Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Provide milieu supervision and facilitate social-rehabilitation groups.
Coordinate and manage a caseload of identified clients and care plans.
Supervise participants during on-site and scheduled off-site activities; conduct safety checks.
Maintain confidential progress notes and other documentation of client activities.
Provide transportation and perform program-related errands.
May work past scheduled hours to cover shortages; perform related duties.
