• 1+ years of experience with residential care or mental health services.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; able to pass a background check and drug test; must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a therapeutic environment for residents and ensure health and safety.
• Provide staffing coverage at different residential houses as needed.
• Document staffing, compliance, and quality assurance information.
• Orient new residents to the program and explain daily routines and rights.
• Assist with ADLs and medication administration; document in logs.
• Attend appointments and outings with clients and record daily activities.
• Develop knowledge of agency policies and regulations and attend trainings.
