Job summary

Cornerstone Support Services, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the residential support team and oversee the implementation of Individual Support Plans. You will supervise staff, coordinate with Support Coordinators, and ensure services align with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with population served and services outlined in the Service Description.
• Maintain state and company training requirements for developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise Site Managers and Direct Support Staff.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Ability to conduct training for personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential support team and oversee Individual Support Plans implementation.
• Oversee group home activities, staff scheduling, and compliance with regulations.
• Train staff on new programs and ensure timely rollout.
• Engage with Support Coordinators, parents/guardians, and professionals.
• Monitor progress and adjust services based on assessments and feedback.
