Job summary

The Center for Family Support Inc. seeks a Residence Manager to oversee the daily operation of the assigned residence in New Jersey.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure quality supports, manage the budget, and maintain regulatory compliance across OPWDD requirements. We value experience in Developmental Disabilities and provide opportunities to lead staff, coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized program plans, while ensuring safety and confidentiality in records

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Health and Human Services or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Developmental Disabilities with 1+ years in program supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the residence and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Ensure individuals receive high-quality supports and services.
• Manage budget and oversee day-to-day operations and systems.
• Maintain records in compliance with OPWDD and state/federal regulations.
• Hire, train, and supervise DSPs and evaluate staff performance.
• Attend team meetings and participate in agency meetings as required.
• Be on call to respond to emergencies, incidents, and staffing needs.
