Job summary

Cornerstone Youth Residential Services seeks a Residential Manager to lead an assigned residential treatment unit, overseeing safety, treatment implementation and daily operations for up to eight youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and complex trauma histories.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of DSP staff.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, routines, transportation, activities, meals, hygiene, and programming.
• Supervise and develop Direct Support Professionals; provide feedback and training needs.
• Ensure compliant documentation, safety, and quality of care.
• Collaborate with clinical and education teams, families, and external providers.
• Lead crisis response and de-escalation strategies in emergencies.
