Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Maintain state and company training requirements.
• Ability to supervise Site Managers and Direct Support Staff.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Ability to conduct training for personnel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; liaise with officials at all levels.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects.
• Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP) credential through completion of a bachelor's degree in a human services field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the residential support team and oversee ISP implementation.
• Review assessments and adjust services to meet goals.
• Monitor progress and report to Support Coordinators quarterly.
• Train staff on new programs and ensure timely implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for each person served.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate with administrators on staff schedules and performance.
• Engage with families, guardians, and coordinators to support planning.
