Vinfen is hiring a Residential Counselor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in small group homes or private living arrangements.

You will help implement treatment plans, administer medications under MAC, and assist with daily living activities while promoting independence and community engagement. The role requires strong communication and safety awareness, with driving duties as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or training in human services preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Vinfen vehicle.
• CPR and First Aid within two weeks of hire.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing and documenting treatment plans.
• Provide training and support including ADLs, budgeting, meals, and outings.
• Facilitate community integration and transportation for residents.
• Monitor residents' condition and maintain records in the EHR.
• Ensure safety, reports, and compliance with policies.
