Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans and programs.
• Provide training and support to residents including ADLs, scheduling, and community activities.
• Assist residents with community integration and transportation to outings and appointments.
• Recordkeeping: progress notes, logs, and incident documentation; enter data into EHR.
• Manage medications under MAC guidelines and coordinate with nursing staff.
