Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Residential Solar Services Partner to support operations and scale our solar business. You will foster relationships with service providers, work with Operations and Asset Management to resolve maintenance issues, manage invoices, and communicate with solar customers.

You will coordinate scheduling with contractors, ensure high-quality service, maintain documentation, and collaborate across teams to meet project commitments and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate experience
• 3+ years in customer service and/or contractor management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for maintenance with contractors and internal teams.
• Provide excellent customer service for inquiries from customers and contractors.
• Manage a portfolio of cases from origination to closure.
• Document site visits, maintenance and related activities.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve contractor payments.
• Audit service quality and follow-up with customers.
• Liaise with partners to meet project commitments.
• Provide leadership feedback to improve operations.
• Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
