Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Residential Solar Services Partner Specialist to coordinate maintenance scheduling, manage customer and contractor communications, and oversee end-to-end case workflows. This role emphasizes white-glove service and rigorous documentation across site visits and invoicing processes.

You will collaborate with Operations, Asset Management, and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate payments, project execution, and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Related Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience.
• 2+ years of corporate experience.
• 3+ years in customer service and/or contractor management role.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for maintenance requests by collaborating with third party contractors and IGS teams.
• Manage inbound communications from customers and contractors with a high level of service.
• Manage a portfolio of cases from origination to closure; and all the steps in between.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for site visits, maintenance requests, and related activities.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve contractor payments or remittances.
• Review contractor expenses for accuracy and manage invoicing processes.
• Audit the quality of service work by following up with customers.
• Liaise with internal and external partners to meet project commitments and specs.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve contractor relationships and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
