IGS Energy is seeking a Residential Solar Services Partner to support fast-growing solar operations. You will collaborate with service providers and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues, manage invoices, and ensure high-quality customer service for solar customers.

The role requires 2+ years in corporate settings and 3+ years in customer service/contractor management, with strong MS Office skills and CRM familiarity. This is an on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 2+ years of corporate experience.
• 3+ years in customer service and/or contractor management.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with contractors and internal teams.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Manage a portfolio of cases from origination to closure.
• Maintain documentation for site visits and requests.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable on contractor payments.
• Review contractor expenses and manage invoicing processes.
• Audit service quality and follow up with customers.
• Liaise with partners to meet project commitments and specs.
• Provide leadership with feedback and action items post-project.
