Zusammenfassung

IGS Energy is seeking a Residential Solar Incentives & Operations Analyst to manage incentives filings, tracking, and reporting for residential solar projects. You will work across Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure compliance and drive efficiency in incentive programs.

You will build expertise on federal/state programs, review documentation, and continuously improve processes to support rapid business scaling while meeting accuracy and SLA targets.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years’ experience in Business Administration, IT, Operations, Economics, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Solar Energy experience is a plus.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Process Solar Incentive Applications with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track and report incentive metrics and project performance.
• Develop expertise on state and federal incentive programs and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations and IT to integrate incentives into workflows.
• Create and maintain training guides and user documentation.
• Audit completed work and communicate status to management.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
