Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Residential Solar Services Partner to support maintenance coordination, invoice management, and customer communications across our growing RS portfolio. You will work with service providers, Operations, and Asset Management to ensure service quality and timely issue resolution.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple cases from start to finish while maintaining thorough documentation and contractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 2+ years corporate experience.
• 3+ years in customer service and/or contractor management.
• Familiarity with CRM software a plus.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for maintenance with third-party contractors and internal teams.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and contractors via phone and email.
• Manage a portfolio of cases from origination to closure.
• Maintain documentation for site visits, maintenance requests and related activities.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve contractor payments or remittances.
• Review contractor expenses for accuracy and manage invoicing processes.
• Audit the quality of service work and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with partners to meet project commitments and specifications.
• Provide leadership with feedback and action items after project completion.
