Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Lead, Residential Solar Service Operations to oversee performance, operations, and maintenance of our residential solar portfolio in the US. You will manage strategic partner relationships, resolve maintenance issues, and ensure cost-effective service delivery while driving scalability and best-in-class support.

You will lead and develop a team of service partners, monitor contractor performance, and collaborate across internal teams to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in the Solar or Energy industry.
• Familiarity with multiple Residential Solar system architectures.
• 3+ years of experience using Excel for analysis and data communication.
• NABCEP certification a plus.
• Experience with CRM software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner management to ensure operational and financial success with service partners.
• Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues quickly.
• Monitor contractor performance and SLAs; address concerns proactively.
• Review contractor expenses and approve invoices with budget alignment.
• Lead the service team, including day-to-day management and development.
• Mentor staff to grow careers and improve service execution.
• Create training materials and onboarding for new partners.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve platform issues with minimal disruption.
• Compile reports and dashboards to measure partnerships (e.g., first-truck roll, time to resolution, cost, efficiency).
• Audit site visit documentation for compliance and recordkeeping.
