• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 2+ years of corporate experience and 3+ years in customer service/contractor management.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for maintenance with third-party contractors and internal teams.
• Manage inbound communications from customers and contractors with a white-glove approach.
• Oversee a portfolio of cases from origination to closure and document all activities.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve contractor payments or remittances.
• Review contractor expenses and manage invoicing processes.
• Audit service quality and provide feedback to leadership.
