Job summary

Interstate Gas Supply, LLC seeks a Residential Solar Services Partner. The role coordinates maintenance with contractors and internal teams, manages service invoices, and maintains strong relationships with solar customers.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries and projects with a white-glove service approach. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Related Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience.
• 2+ years corporate experience.
• 3+ years in customer service and/or contractor management.
• Familiarity with CRM software a plus.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for maintenance requests by collaborating with third party contractors, and IGS’s Customer Operations and Asset Management teams.
• Manage inbound communications from customers and contractors with excellent customer service and a white glove approach.
• Manage a portfolio of cases from origination to closure; and all the steps in between.
• Maintain a comprehensive suite of documentation for site visits, maintenance requests, and related activities.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve issues with contractor payments or remittances.
• Review contractor expenses for accuracy and manage invoicing processes.
• Audit the quality of service work by following up with customers.
• Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure project commitments and specs are met.
• Provide feedback to leadership upon project completion to strengthen contractor relationships.
• Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
