Job summary

Challenge-Unlimited-Inc in Collinsville, Illinois, seeks a Residential Site Manager to oversee housing programs that support people with disabilities toward independent living. You will supervise 8–12 staff, ensure safety, comply with funding and regulatory requirements, and manage daily operations to create a clean, homelike residential environment.

This role involves hands-on support with activities of daily living, care planning, budget oversight, and coordination with the IDT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education or related field; or 5+ years DD experience with HS Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• CPR, 1st Aid, CPI, and medication administration training required within 4 months; Iowa/State-specific trainings as applicable.
• Must pass state-required literacy assessment and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of 8–12 staff and daily operations of residence.
• Plan, organize and supervise delivery of care, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain safety inspections, incident documentation and budget oversight.
• Coordinate with IDT members and community resources to support residents' goals.
