Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a MI/IDD Residential Program Manager in Herrin, IL to supervise program operations, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and support residents in achieving independent living skills. The role includes supervising staff, conducting assessments, and promoting strong customer service.

The position requires experience in supervision, QMHP/QIDP certification or ability to obtain it, and a commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-focused care.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: Bachelor’s in human services or HS diploma with 15 years’ relevant experience.
• QMHP/QIDP supervision experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• QIDP certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversees services and operations of the MI/IDD Residential program to teach residents necessary skills for community living.
• Ensures compliance with safety and licensing standards and manages documentation.
• Conducts assessments and develops service plans in collaboration with the team.
• Provides and promotes excellent customer service to clients and families.
• Maintains timely, legible documentation and participates in treatment planning and reviews.
