Job summary

Challenge Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Residential Site Manager in Collinsville, IL. You will oversee housing programs that support people with disabilities to live independently in a home-like setting.

You will supervise 8–12 staff, coordinate care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and documentation. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to person-centered services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years DD experience with HS Diploma.
1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
1+ years of supervisory experience.
CPR, 1st Aid, CPI and DSP training completed within 4 months.
Illinois Food Service and Sanitation certificate within 6 months.
TABE literacy assessment required prior to employment.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Driving history checks and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Promote person-centered services and supervise residents to encourage independence and satisfaction.
Plan, organize, and supervise delivery of care while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
Lead and supervise 8–12 staff members and coordinate care plans with IDT.
Assist administration with budgeting, purchasing, and public relations for the facility.
Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike living environment and enforce house rules and safety protocols.
Coordinate treatment plans with IDT, supervise reviews, and ensure completion of required reports.
