Job summary

View Point Health seeks a Residential Site Supervisor to manage operations in a residential setting serving individuals with IDD. You will supervise direct care staff, monitor resident activity, and ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory requirements in a community home or similar site.

The role involves training staff, coordinating 24-hour coverage, and collaborating with the treatment team to support client goals and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years in social/direct care.
• One year lead worker or supervisory experience.
• Preferred: lead or supervisory role in behavioral health residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to direct care staff and ensures 24-hr coverage.
• Maintains resident records and treatment plans.
• Coordinates with treatment teams and ensures safety and compliance.
