Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• CPR, 1st Aid, CPI and DSP training provided by the company must be completed within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential programs to promote safe, independent living.
• Supervise approx. 8–12 staff; recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.
• Chair the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and coordinate with guardians, ISC agencies, and providers.
