Canopy Village is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead, mentor, and support staff across residential care, crisis respite, and emergency shelter services. You will oversee shifts, coach staff, and ensure a safe, structured environment for residents and staff alike.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, real-time guidance, and thorough documentation, with on-call rotation and weekend/holiday shifts as part of a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in crisis intervention with youth or adults in crisis.
• Supervisory experience of care staff or similar teams.
• Familiarity with community health and social service resources.

Responsabilités

• Lead care providers during shifts and model behavior management.
• Coach and mentor staff for professional development.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
• Support residential, crisis respite, and emergency shelter services.
• Coordinate with other supervisors and case managers to maintain continuity of care.
