Job summary

People Inc. is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee direct care staff during the Senior Residential Supervisor’s absence. You will guide shifts, supervise daily living activities, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, medication administration, and coordinating transport to activities while maintaining thorough records and timely reporting. A valid license and basic reading/writing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff in the absence of the Senior Residential Supervisor.
• Schedule tasks for staff and oversee daily activities.
• Assist with staff development, coaching and corrective action.
• Provide instruction on daily living activities and menu planning.
• Ensure timely incident reporting and health-related documentation.
• Administer medication and transport individuals to activities.
