Conway Services Heating & Cooling is seeking a sewer sales representative to meet homeowners with water or drainage issues and present quotes for repair or replacement. You will inspect with camera equipment, explain options, and drive sales through consultative discussions.

This full-time role emphasizes residential plumbing expertise, in-home selling skills, and strong communication to close high-value projects with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience required.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable using camera inspection equipment.
• Ability to explain and sell large-scope repair or replacement work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and customer presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners who are experiencing water or drainage issues.
• Use a camera system to inspect underground or in-wall plumbing, identify root causes, and present quotes for repair or full line replacement—including excavation if necessary.
• This is a consultative role that combines technical knowledge with sales execution.
