Sila is seeking an experienced Plumbing/Drain Sales Rep to drive revenue and build strong client relationships. The role focuses on selling plumbing, drainage, and related services to residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and converting inquiries into booked appointments. The role requires technical proficiency in drainage processes and collaboration with installation teams to ensure service

• Demonstrate advanced technical proficiency with camera technology and sewer/drain diagnostic tools; understand underground drainage, traditional plumbing excavation, relining, pipe bursting, and hydrojetting.
• Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
• Collaborate closely with installation technicians and team members to coordinate service delivery and address customer needs.
