Ouverson Sewer & Water is seeking a Sewer Sales Advisor to work directly with homeowners, managers, and realtors to diagnose sewer problems and present repair solutions. This field-based role emphasizes educating customers, diagnosing issues, and closing high-value projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in-home sales, can write clear estimates, and communicate technical information effectively. A company vehicle is provided; training is included and a strong support team ensures ongoing

Qualifications

2+ years of in-home sales experience in home services, construction, or a similar industry.
Proven ability to sell high-ticket services ($4k-$35k) to homeowners.
Strong attention to detail and professional reliability.
Ability to diagnose problems and generate clear, written estimates.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

Represent Ouverson Sewer & Water professionally in customers’ homes.
Meet customers on-site to conduct inspections and educate them on their sewer system.
Accurately diagnose sewer failures and present repair options.
Prepare accurate estimates and projects within scope of capabilities.
Coordinate with field crews to ensure jobs are executable and on schedule.
Maintain pricing and job status in CRM and follow up on estimates.
