Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with progress toward or demonstrated ability in the human services field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and supervisory experience valued.
• Experience in behavioral health, rehabilitation, or residential services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Residential Counselors and staff.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure shift coverage.
• Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluations.
• Ensure program operations comply with agency policies.
• Review documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions, and orientations.
• Support development and implementation of service plans and interventions.
• Assist residents in recovery, wellness, and independent living goals.
• Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention.
• Coordinate services with external providers and families.
• Monitor medication administration and report concerns.
• Participate in meetings, supervision, trainings, and agency events.
• Assist with payroll, site operations, and administrative duties.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed.
• Transport participants as required.
