CareLink Community Support Services is seeking a Weekend Shift Supervisor/Residential Counselor in Norristown, PA. The role oversees Residential Counselors during weekend shifts, coordinating activities and ensuring smooth operation of the program Saturday through Monday.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead staff during shifts and supervise weekend operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required for coordinating with staff, consumers, and supervisors.
• Ability to plan shift operations, assign tasks, and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical leadership during shift and model professional conduct.
• Ensure shift coverage and proper handoffs to oncoming staff.
