A behavioral health organization in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Residential Program Supervisor to lead residential teams and ensure individuals receive high-quality care. The Program Supervisor will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and coordinate medical appointments, all while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Supervise, coach, and train Direct Support Professionals.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Conduct and document monthly fire drills.
• Ensure programs meet all DDD licensing and compliance standards.
