Job summary

Restart, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the Minnehaha residential location and lead day-to-day operations. You will ensure health, safety, and well-being of residents while maintaining compliance, staff supervision, and budget oversight.

You’ll hire, train, and supervise staff, develop person-centered care plans, and maintain building conditions. This is a 24/7 operation with an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Human Services and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to pass a background check and satisfy medical requirements per Restart Inc.
• Strong technical skills and problem solving.
• Experience with MA and disability programs (SSI etc.).
• Knowledge of local social services resources and agencies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage conflicts professionally.
• Current driver’s license and insurance with a reliable vehicle for transport.
• Flexibility to operate 24/7 and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the home operations, ensure safety, compliance, and well-being of residents.
• Coach, train and supervise staff; build program plans and budgets.
• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations and monitor care plans.
• Maintain building and grounds; support 24/7 service requirements.
• Lead on-call rotation and participate in Restart's leadership activities.
• Monitor and manage site budget; ensure staff sufficiency and accountability.
