Restart, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks experienced Group Home Program Coordinators to support residents with brain injury services in a fast-paced, single-site setting.

You will coordinate medical appointments, plan activities, onboard new staff, and collaborate with the Site Manager to meet the needs of up to nine individuals, while maintaining compliance with site regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates must show strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with MA and other benefit programs including SSI is preferred.
• Knowledge of disability programs is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Candidates should have about 2 years of managing experience and be detail oriented and tech savvy.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate medical appointments and provide program support and coordination.
• Maintain an on-call schedule and be able to handle emergencies.
• Onboard new employees in accordance with site regulations.
• Plan activities to engage residents on site.
• Assist the Site Manager in serving up to nine residents and coordinating medical, financial, and programming needs.
• Collaborate with team members to advocate for residents' best outcomes.
