Job summary

Restart, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Minnehaha residential location.

You will serve as the front-line administrator, ensuring health, safety and well-being of residents and compliance with laws, while hiring, training and supervising staff and maintaining the building and care plans. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Human Services
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in Human Services
• Strong technological skills and problem solving
• Experience with MA and other benefit programs (SSI, etc.)
• Knowledge of local social services resources and agencies
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to professionally manage conflict
• Current driver's license and insurance with reliable vehicle
• Flexibility to manage 24/7 operations including on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations of the home and ancillary services are efficient, compliant and focused on residents' and staff well-being
• Coach, train and instill accountability related to care, documentation and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate to create and maintain program plans, timelines and budgets
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Oversee employee performance and coaching for outcomes
• Develop, implement and monitor individualized, person-centered care plans
• Ensure adequate staffing for 24/7 operations
• Foster curiosity and accountability aligned with Restart's values
• Participate in Restart's leadership team including on-call rotation
