SRVS is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee a residential site supporting adults with IDD and behavioral health needs. The role includes direct supervision of DSP staff, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining regulatory compliance across sites.

The manager will coordinate daily operations, staff training, and crisis response while upholding the agency's values and mission. A strong background in residential care and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Experience with IDD/Behavioral health and recovery programs.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills in residential settings.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations for residential care.
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and incident documentation.
• CPR and first aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline supervision of all site staff.
• Oversee daily operations, safety, and compliance at residential sites.
• Monitor staff performance, provide training and mentoring, document improvements.
• Manage scheduling, on-call coverage, and crisis response.
• Ensure timely incident reports, medication logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate resident activities and transportation as needed.
• Interface with licensing and regulatory bodies during inspections.
