Job summary

Site is seeking a Program Manager to oversee five licensed homes, residential supervisors, and direct care staff. The role focuses on ensuring health and safety standards meet regulatory requirements and agency policies while coordinating with the Quality Manager to drive outcomes and progress.

Responsibilities include medical services coordination, monthly supervision meetings, data input, scheduling, on-call coverage, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in a human services field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Education).
• At least 3 years in developmental disabilities with supervisory experience.
• Must have access to personal vehicle for agency business and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5 licensed homes and residential staff.
• Ensure health and safety standards meet COMAR, CMS, nursing regs, accreditation, and policies.
• Develop outcomes, goals, and strategies with the Quality Manager and monitor progress.
