Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee five licensed homes and lead the residential staff to deliver high‑quality care. You will ensure safety standards, coordinate planning, and manage day‑to‑day operations for individuals served.

The role requires directing medical services, conducting regular supervisory meetings, and maintaining accurate data in the agency database. Evening/weekend work and 24/7 on‑call duty are involved.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in developmental disabilities
• One year of supervisory experience
• Must have access to a vehicle for agency business

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of five licensed homes and direct care staff.
• Ensure health and safety needs are met per COMAR and CMS regulations.
• Write outcomes and participate in Individual Planning processes.
• Coordinate medical services and document supervision meetings.
• Monitor staff scheduling, payroll inputs, and overtime usage.
• Be on-call 24/7 for assigned homes.
• Conduct quarterly home visits and follow up on issues.
• Assist in Personal Planning Meetings and program evaluations.
• Support staff in connecting clients to their communities.
