Job summary

Meridian Services is seeking a Program Manager for Residential Group Home Services in Minnesota. The role covers supervision of direct care staff, on-call coverage, and ensuring quality services for individuals served.

You will oversee program operations, staff training, and regulatory compliance. The position involves coordinating with families, educators, and case managers, leading team meetings, and contributing to person-centered planning and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a social service field.
• Certificate, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in human services or related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSPs and train staff.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and complete evaluations for DSPs.
• Provide direct care as needed to program requirements.
• Lead meetings with parents/guardians, teachers, and case managers.
• Develop and implement person-centered plans and write progress reviews.
• Assist in writing behavioral programming with Director as applicable per person served.
• Coordinate medical and dental appointments; ensure compliance with licensing (245D).
• Develop community resources to support client integration.
• Oversee petty cash and household supplies.
