Resources for Human Development in Ardmore, PA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Manager to lead our Residential Service System team. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals and Lead Staff, ensure quality service delivery, and coordinate daily operations across assigned homes.

This role emphasizes people development, community inclusion, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5–6 years in related fields with supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, or substance use recovery.
• Supervisory or management experience in a group home or residential setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and electronic documentation systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management to Direct Support Professionals and Lead Staff.
• Manage staffing schedules, coverage plans, call-offs, time-off requests, and staffing emergencies.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned residential homes and ensure quality service delivery.
• Participate in consumer planning meetings and coordinate services that support individual goals and needs.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and crisis situations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Monitor medications, health-related concerns, and communication with agency nursing staff.
• Manage site budgets, consumer funds, and household expenditures.
• Ensure all required documentation, records, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain licensing, regulatory, health, and safety compliance standards.
• Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of residential properties and program vehicles.
