Job summary

Arc Human Services is hiring a Residential Manager to oversee the total operation of designated community homes in Brookville, PA and manage staff and individuals in our care. The role focuses on health, welfare, and development, coordinating all aspects of the community homes and ensuring high standards of service.

The position requires supervising direct care staff, evaluating performance, coaching, and training to maximize potential, with duties including on-call coverage and weekend hours in

Qualifications

• PAID training provided
• 18 years of age or older
• Associates Degree or Equivalent
• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!)

Responsibilities

• Manage the total operation of the designated community homes, the staff, and individuals.
• Oversee health, welfare, and development of individuals and coordinate all aspects of the community homes.
• Supervise and evaluate direct care staff, including recommendations and issuing disciplinary actions.
• Coach and train staff to perform at their fullest potential.
• Ensure compliance with county and state regulations, as well as agency policies; on-call, weekends, and variable night shifts.
