Job summary

Resources for Human Development (RHD) seeks a compassionate Residential Manager to oversee two residential group homes in Berwyn, PA, for Adesha Village. You will lead, supervise, and develop direct support staff while ensuring health, safety, and well-being of the individuals served.

This full-time leadership role coordinates staffing, supports daily living skills, monitors documentation and compliance, and partners with families and providers to promote person-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs.
• Valid non-provisional Driver's License required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two residential group homes.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Lead DSPs and DSPs.
• Ensure safe, healthy, and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and coverage across homes.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and respond to emergencies.
