Job summary

Penn-Mar Human Services in York County, PA, seeks a Residential Program Manager to oversee operations of multiple residential homes for people with intellectual disabilities. You will supervise Residential Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals, coordinate scheduling, training, monitoring health and safety, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• AA degree or higher with related experience.
• BA or Master's degree with related experience.
• Two years supervising others required for external candidates.
• Experience supervising Residential Supervisors and DSPs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, onboard, and provide oversight to Supervisors and DSPs.
• Complete performance reviews for Supervisors and DSPs.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and team trained.
• Maintain relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Attend and lead department meetings and program meetings.
• Monitor timesheets, PTO, and on-call coverage.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Participate in organizational training and initiatives.
• Provide direct support when needed to cover vacancies.
• Engage in incident management and follow up on corrective actions.
