Job summary

Winter Family Care is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to lead and support residential teams, oversee daily program operations, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services in Brookston, MN. You will guide Team Leaders and DSPs, maintain compliance, and foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Executive Director, offers a full-time schedule with a Monday–Friday daytime frame, and includes a starting salary of $62,000 plus bonus

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating services, reviewing documentation, and monitoring outcomes.
• Knowledge of Minnesota 245D regulations and person-centered services.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and evaluate employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential settings, ensuring staffing and safe environments.
• Provide guidance to Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate staff schedules and address coverage needs.
• Ensure individualized support plans and positive support strategies are implemented.
• Maintain relationships with guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor documentation and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Provide guidance during emergencies and operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and staff performance.
