Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee Inc seeks a Home Lead to oversee a designated residential site, ensuring quality supports and compliance with policies.

You will coordinate services including supported living, residential habilitation, and community participation, while performing Direct Support Professional duties on scheduled shifts. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have strong communication and math skills to write reports and maintain records.
• Average computer knowledge and use.
• Ability to organize workloads and motivate staff for success.
• Willingness to work long hours and flexible schedules to supervise and maintain homes.
• Ability to complete required trainings including CPR, First Aid, and DDA mandated training.
• Previous experience with persons with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated residential site under the general direction of the Residential Manager.
• Oversee services such as supported living, residential habilitation, community participation, and personal assistance.
• Perform Direct Support Professional duties during regularly scheduled shifts.
