Job summary

Easter Seals TN in Parsons, KS is seeking a Home Lead to oversee a designated residential site and coordinate all services for individuals supported living, residential habilitation, community participation, and personal assistance.

Under the Residential Manager, you will supervise staff on scheduled shifts, ensure policy compliance, and perform Direct Support Professional duties as needed. The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to handle long hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid training preferred or required.
• Ability to write reports and keep records; basic computer skills.
• Experience working with individuals with physical or mental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of a designated residential site.
• Coordinate services including supported living, residential habilitation, community participation, and personal assistance.
• Perform Direct Support Professional duties on regularly scheduled shifts.
