St. John's Community Services is seeking a Team Lead-Residential in Tennessee to guide a dedicated residential support team, ensure ISP implementation, and uphold high-quality services for individuals with disabilities.

You will provide staffing, on-call coverage, and coordinate medical care while maintaining safe, compliant residences and accurate documentation. A strong emphasis on teamwork and community integration is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of related experience with people with disabilities.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a strong residential support team to operate high quality services in assigned departments.
• Ensure routine meetings with each assigned department and implement ISP for each person served.
• Provide residential staffing as indicated in annual budgets and offer direct coverage in emergencies.
• Coordinate medical care, schedule medical appointments, and liaise with agency nurse.
• Ensure medications are properly ordered and monitored according to physician orders.
• Maintain safe, secure, and esthetically pleasing residences and vehicles under agency responsibility.
• Oversee records, logs, and reporting; monitor ISP goals and activity schedules.
• Participate in program planning and help ensure clients remain eligible for benefits.
