Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee Inc is seeking a Home Lead to manage a designated residential site and oversee services for individuals receiving supported living, residential habilitation, and community participation. You will also perform Direct Support Professional duties during scheduled shifts.

Position includes salary of $16.25/hour with a $1.00/hour weekend shift premium; requires a High School diploma/GED and valid TN driver's license with 3 years driving experience.

• Ability to write reports and keep records.
