Job summary

St. John's Community Services in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Team Lead-Residential to support individuals with disabilities in operated or supported living settings. You will lead a collaborative team, ensure program goals are met, and promote safety and independence.

Responsibilities include staffing, on-call coverage, ISP implementation, Behavior Support Plans training, incident reporting, medical coordination, and community activities planning with the Program Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years’ related experience working with people with disabilities; experience in community-based programs preferred.
• Experience in supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a strong residential support team to operate high-quality, multi-dimensional services in assigned departments; ensure routine meetings.
• Interface with support specialists to provide instruction, coaching and modeling of agency beliefs.
• Provide staffing as per annual budgets; provide direct coverage in emergencies; maintain 24-hour on-call coverage.
• Lead ISP implementation, documentation and attendance at ISP assessments.
• Ensure staff are trained in Behavior Support Plans and accurate data collection.
