Job summary

Easterseals is seeking a Home Lead to manage a designated residential site and ensure high-quality services for individuals in supported living environments. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and ensure compliance with policies and timelines.

The role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle flexible hours. A valid Tennessee driver’s license is required, and training (CPR/First Aid and mandated courses) will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid TN driver license and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to write reports and keep records.
• Average computer knowledge and use.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated residential site under the Residential Manager.
• Oversee services (supported living, habilitation, community participation, personal assistance).
• Provide Direct Support Professional duties during shifts as required.
