Job summary

Leap Brands seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead a residential home services business, owning financial performance, daily operations, revenue growth, and team development. You will connect sales, office, and field operations to translate commitments into profitable work and develop employees, improve processes, and establish accountability.

The role requires guiding budgeting, pricing decisions, and performance reporting while optimizing service and installation operations, ensuring safety

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership with significant responsibility for business operations.
• Proven capability to own full P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical services, or generator operations.
• Experience leading field teams and installation crews.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and operating metrics.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L, including revenue, gross margins, EBITDA, operating expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and operating plans aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate pricing, job costing, labor productivity, and resource utilization to improve financial performance.
• Establish clear performance targets, review results regularly, and implement corrective action.
• Partner with executive leadership and ownership on business priorities, growth initiatives, and performance reporting.
• Oversee daily service, installation, scheduling, dispatch, and customer support.
• Align staffing, materials, equipment, and workload to improve productivity and timely completion.
• Improve installation efficiency, technician utilization, job profitability, and communication between office and field teams.
• Address operational bottlenecks, repeat visits, delays, and inconsistent execution.
• Maintain appropriate standards for safety, quality, and applicable regulatory compliance.
