• Demonstrated success growing revenue while maintaining profitability.
• Strong understanding of service operations, installation, sales performance, and field productivity.
• Experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Ability to lead managers, hold teams accountable, and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue growth beyond the current $10 million operation.
• Take full ownership of the location's P&L, budgets, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
